Policy Management
In addition to the standard legal requirements a strong health and safety policy together with other safety documents is about setting down firm foundations for your management of safety. Defining how you want to work safely, how you'll achieve that and ensuring clarity of responsibility - a good safety policy/manual is the bedrock for your management of safety.
Each Policy I develop is unique and written specifically for that client - I map what you do, how you're organised and provide all the required elements for your safety management.
Health & Safety Audits
Health and safety audits are a fundamental check of your company going beyond safety inspections to include an assessment of your safety policy, risk assessments, training and all aspects of how safety is managed in your company.
Typically undertaken as the first step in my relationship with a new client or as a stand-alone task to independently review a company's safety management system the audit should highlight strengths and weaknesses within your existing safety structures giving you a platform from which to take the next steps or reassurance that you've achieved your aims.
Risk Assessments
Risk assessments are required by every business in the modern day; whether for fixed workplaces or for project based work I have experience in developing systems or undertaking the whole task of risk assessments on your behalf.

Ongoing Support
I can provide a suitable support package for my clients - each client is unique and their needs are unique thus I tailor each package to suit your needs.
I can provide advice and support by phone and or email, I can establish regular visits and inspections or effectively act as your "safety department" undertaking the required work to manage safety for you. Whether large or small I will tailor a support package unique to you.
